Dubai, UAE: Dubai-based business setup agent Trade License Zone has effective immediately acquired Incorporate – a corporate services provider – including all of its clients and operational teams.
The acquisition will see Trade License Zone further enhance its mainland business setup division, with a talented base of specialised mainland-focused employees and associated infrastructure.
Karl Hougaard, Founder and Managing Partner of Trade License Zone, said of the acquisition: “We have been in discussions for some time and are delighted to have concluded the acquisition. Incorporate has been in business for almost seven years, focussing on in particular their mainland setup offering, which now brings to Trade License Zone a vast amount of knowledge, as well as an extensive customer base that will no doubt advance our mainland setup aspirations rapidly.”
Incorporate has been operating as a boutique business setup agent from two branches in Dubai for seven years. The agent mainly focussed on onshore solutions – as one of the first agents to adopt the corporate sponsorship model some four years ago. The agent has built up a large client base over the years.
Trade License Zone offers all company formation services in the UAE, with a particular focus on free zone solutions:
